Shipping policy

We take great care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure your cookies arrive as fresh as possible. All orders are processed within  1-2 days take to bake and package and 3–5 business days to arrive (unless otherwise stated) shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.  Because our products are freshly baked and perishable, shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at the time of purchase, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or reroute packages.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo proof so we can assist you. Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we do not offer refunds for delayed shipments, but we will always do our best to support you if an issue arises.
